Develop detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for P&C insurance features, including policy management, claims processing, underwriting, and billing. Work closely with Agile teams (product owners, developers, QA) to prioritize, refine, and deliver features in sprints, ensuring alignment with business goals. Analyze and define data requirements and collaborate with developers to ensure proper data mapping, transformation, and integration. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders (underwriting, claims, actuarial, IT) and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of requirements. Ensure that all solutions and requirements comply with industry regulations, standards, and best practices within the P&C insurance domain. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), review test plans, and ensure that solutions meet business requirements before deployment. Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the Agile framework and overall project efficiency. Qualifications: 4-5 years of business analysis experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. Proven experience working in an Agile environment, with familiarity in Scrum or Kanban methodologies. Familiarity with tools such as ADO, MS Office, and Visio for requirements management and process documentation. Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes, including policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, and billing systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate business requirements and technical solutions.
