Identify software licenses, versions, and usage metrics. Map dependencies between applications and systems. Performance Benchmarking Analyze current mainframe performance, resource utilization (CPU, memory, I/O), and workload management. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and high-cost processes. Cost Analysis Assess licensing costs, maintenance fees, and operational expenses. Evaluate cost-effectiveness of existing software solutions. Risk Assessment Review security, compliance, and disaster recovery measures.
