Start: ASAP Interview Process: Phone + Video Key Skills: RPA, Automation Anywhere, Xceptor, UI Path, Blue Prism Job Summary: change manager to help lead organizational and digital transformation across its global university network. The ideal candidate to fill this role will have demonstrated experience with successfully managing organizational change for a global enterprise. The ideal candidate will have particular experience in managing change that involves new technology initiatives, enterprise information systems, and/or implementing new governance structures and business processes . This role will work extremely closely and collaboratively across other ITS teams and project teams, including project managers, technical leads, executives and steering committees, faculty, and leaders from around the university. The change manager will: Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities: Apply change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. Support communication efforts: Oversee and manage the design, development, and delivery of communications and campaigns that align with the standards and practices of the ITS Communications team. Assess the change impact: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Support training efforts: Collaborate with training teams in ITS, HR, and other areas of the university as necessary to support the design and delivery of training programs, including providing input and documenting requirements. Manage stakeholders: Consult and coach project teams, support and engage senior leaders, and evaluate and ensure user readiness. Qualifications: A demonstrated understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, especially within a fast-paced and uncertain environment. Experience at an organization of higher education, or a demonstrated understanding of how a global research university is typically structured and operates. Proven experience with large-scale organizational change efforts. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to pick up technical concepts quickly. Strong internal and external customer facing communication skills. Responsible self-starter with a sense of urgency, balanced by attention to detail. Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft applications; Word, Sharepoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook including use of collaborative tools within each, such as tracked-changes, document sharing, and formatting. Projects Mobility Management: The Mobility Management project will centralize management of the university-owned mobile device portfolio through a vendor-partner managed service. This should enable the university to optimize mobile costs across the enterprise, support all mobile users without our global network, and manage mobile devices with ease. Device Lifecycle Management: This project will bring on a vendor managed service to manage the lifecycle of computing devices and their associated peripherals to ensure security, stability, and serviceability of Northeastern University's computing environment.
