This role focuses on organizational change management and training initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of OMS 2.6 while improving business processes and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of organizational change management experience, including communications, training development, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead change management efforts for the OMS 2.6 upgrade in collaboration with project team leaders and stakeholders across multiple departments. Develop and execute training materials, job aids, and a go-live communications plan with a forward-looking approach for continuous updates. Assess and manage stakeholder change impacts and execute stakeholder engagement plans. Create and implement communication strategies that resonate with end users across various teams. Plan, develop, and support training delivery, including Oracle OMS training and updates. Develop and execute a go-live support model and stabilization plan to ensure smooth adoption and functionality of the system. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Grid Operations, Transmission & Distribution, IT, Customer Operations, and Integrated Grid teams. Navigate the complexities of working with a System Integrator (SI) and manage cross-functional collaboration effectively. Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred). An additional 5 years of experience may substitute for a degree. Certifications: Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (CCMP certification also considered). Experience: 10+ years of organizational change management experience, including training and communications. Experience in full-cycle system implementation projects, preferably within utilities or manufacturing industries. Strong project management and process improvement skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levels. Required Change Management Deliverables Candidate resumes must reflect delivery experience in the following areas: Stakeholder analysis, assessment, and engagement. Communications planning, development, and execution. Process development and change impact assessments. Training planning, development, and delivery support. Go-live support model development and stabilization planning. Preferred Skills Proven success in change management for large-scale technology implementation projects. Ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration effectively in diverse operational environments. Prior experience working in the utilities sector (manufacturing experience will also be considered). Top Priorities for the First Few Weeks Development of Oracle OMS training materials and job aids. Communication planning and execution for key stakeholders. Building collaborative relationships across teams to ensure alignment and support for the upgrade project.
