Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead QA Analyst to join our team and take charge of our quality assurance processes. In this role, you will oversee both manual and automation testing efforts, spearhead QA projects, and mentor a team of QA analysts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software products. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background in both manual and automation testing frameworks. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 12-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years lead experience is required. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC). Proficiency in manual testing techniques and strategies. Solid experience with automation tools required. Strong experience with Postman, Tosca and Swagger for API testing and ICEDQ for ETL/ Data Quality Experience in creating and managing automation frameworks for UI Testing. Experience in performance and load testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar. Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, and test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr or similar would be a plus Hands -on experience in Manual Testing including Black Box and White Box Testing Experience in cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
