Role: SAS Developer Location: Whippany, NJ Onsite Duration: long term contract Job description: Design and implement SAS programs for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Develop complex SAS queries and algorithms to manipulate and process large datasets. Write efficient, reusable, and optimized SAS code. Data Management: Work with large datasets to clean, transform, and validate data for analysis. Develop data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using SAS tools. Reporting & Analysis: Create reports and dashboards using SAS reporting tools like SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS Visual Analytics. Develop and execute statistical and predictive models using SAS. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing of SAS programs to ensure the accuracy and quality of output. Troubleshoot and resolve coding and data-related issues. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of SAS code, processes, and methodologies. Provide technical support and training to users on SAS tools and solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, business analysts, and IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.
