IT Operations Support (20%): Involves managing operational aspects of the M365 environment, handling issues, outages, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Project Management (15%): Encompasses developing and maintaining project plans for M365-related projects, indicating a need for project management skills. Reporting (15%): Involves providing updates and status reports to management and stakeholders, showing a need for communication and reporting capabilities. Required Skills and Experience: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and security policies. Experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). Technical troubleshooting skills for M365 platforms. Familiarity with operational procedures, policies, and change management. Project management skills, including the ability to plan and execute medium to large-sized projects. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
