Title: Amazon Connect Consultant Location: Remote Duration:Longterm Visa: USC,TN,GC,H4-EAD, L2-EAD Experience:9+ years Job Description: Must Haves: Amazon Connect Must know the architecture of the application and be able to speak to it in depth and possible surrounding contributory Amazon apps/services. General Amazon Architecture including Lambdas and APIs between Amazon apps and external Experience with Service Cloud Voice for Amazon (the native Salesforce connector and related Lambdas) Architect experience designing and delegating development to developers as well as hands on development. Great communication and leadership skills. Nice to Have: Understanding of various Amazon integration and software development methodologies with Amazon connect and Amazon in general (including Lambdas) Salesforce Service Cloud experience beyond the native Amazon Connect to Salesforce Connector (e.g. Omnichannel, Case Management) Other Salesforce related experience not mentioned.
