Design and Develop Tech Catalog Attestation Process Design and Develop Integration of Technology Acquisition Process (TAP) with Risk Application (IPSRA) and Coupa Supplier Portal Design and Develop Integration with Application & Technology Catalog (CMDB) Design and Develop Integration with Snowflake Create and Document Tasks/Stories with relevant acceptance criteria. Define and Design Technical Architecture for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalability and performance. Adhere to best practices for Development and Platform configuration, ServiceNow Architecture Standards and Governance. Develop, configure, and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform. Implement workflows, business rules, and user interfaces using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). Design and develop ServiceNow modules. Build custom applications and solutions using ServiceNow Studio. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Optimize existing applications and ensure seamless platform upgrades. Troubleshoot issues and ensure robust testing processes for all developments. Required Skills and Experience: Proficiency in ServiceNow development: scripting, workflows, business rules, and UI development. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or SecOps. Experience with API integrations including REST and SOAP. Deep understanding of database design and data modeling on ServiceNow. Expertise in scripting languages, especially JavaScript and Glide API. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
