Change Management & Document Control: Set up workflow roles, audit changes for accuracy, perform system validations, and manage approvals from cross-functional stakeholders. SLA Management: Ensure timely execution of processes, adhering to established SLAs. Critical Updates: Maintain and update essential tables for seamless part substitution setups, including lifecycle status changes (inactive, active, or new phases). Root Cause Analysis: Triage support tickets and perform detailed root cause analyses to resolve issues. Process Improvement: Identify process gaps and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Data Management: Pull and review large data sets to analyze material setups and product hierarchies. Assess historical actions in SAP to inform decision-making. Tool Management: Oversee requests across multiple in-house tools, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
