Summary: Seeking an experienced Data Steward to manage and improve healthcare insurance datasets, including member data, claims, and policy details. This role involves implementing data governance policies, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to align data standards and practices. Must-Have Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a Data Steward - defining data governance policies, capturing critical data elements (CDEs), creating data dictionary, data catalogue, data lineage, data glossaries HEALTHCARE INSURANCE Data set know and operational understanding: Member data, Insurance policy details (coverage types, premium amounts), claims data, payment, demographic, utilization data Business Stakeholder facing skills: excellent communication and presentation skills, confident presence and able to interact with stakeholders, understand their business and represent their interests in Data Governance Discussions.
