The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and be proficient in ITOM, ITSM, or HRSD modules. Certification in one of these areas (with expiry date) is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow applications based on client requirements. Work on ITOM, ITSM, and HRSD modules to enhance and maintain ServiceNow solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and improvements. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for ServiceNow applications. Perform integration tasks with third-party tools and systems. Develop and implement workflows, business rules, and scripts within ServiceNow. Maintain ServiceNow updates and patches, ensuring minimal disruption. Provide expert-level support for ServiceNow applications. Required Qualifications: 7-10 years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow. Must have certifications in ITOM, ITSM, or HRSD, with the expiry date clearly mentioned. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, configuration, and integration. Strong experience in creating custom applications, workflows, and automations within ServiceNow. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using SOAP, REST, and other APIs.
