Sr. Front-End Developer Location: 100% remote Please try to share ex cognizant people JD: We are looking for a seasoned Web Developer with a strong background in React and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern web technologies and a passion for developing innovative web applications. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client"s specifications. You will strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. You will work closely with our graphic designers and product marketers for web design features, among other duties. You will also be responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties. Responsibilities Developing new user-facing features using React.js Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders Ensuring that all parts of the technical design are correctly incorporated Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows Assist with unit testing efforts, ensuring the quality and reliability of front-end components. Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes Monitoring and improving front-end performance Requirements Previous experience working as a react.js developer. In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages. Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux. Experience with user interface design. Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest. Good project management skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
