The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Java scripting, Stibo, and Stibo MDM. This hybrid role requires a highly skilled professional to design and implement robust solutions, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance. Required Skills : ,Stibo, Stibo MDM, Java scripting Day 8.Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions using Java scripting, Stibo, and Stibo MDM. Oversee the development and maintenance of system architectures that meet business requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure best practices are followed. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the solutions developed. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Develop and maintain documentation for system designs, configurations, and procedures. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects. Mentor junior team members and help them grow their technical skills. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new tools and technologies. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Java scripting with proven experience in developing robust solutions. Have extensive experience with Stibo and Stibo MDM, demonstrating the ability to design and implement effective data management solutions Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Show a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Have a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Show the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing remote and in-office work. Demonstrate a strong understanding of system architecture and design principles. Exhibit the ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation. Have experience in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
