Knowledge of cloud development (able to submit automation and ensure part of ci/cd) 2. Good Devops knowledge and best practices on developer workflow 3. Good holistic view of the product from user and able to generate test cases and good coverage 4. The Products integrate with meraki, dnac, splunk..etc , thus knowledge of networking is crucial 5. Detailed lab testing of the controllers, so willing to dig into the topology and validate the test cases pass/fail criteria 5.
