This role involves ensuring the solution meets business requirements, aligns with corporate standards, and integrates effectively with other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and implement ITIL processes (ITSM, ITOM, SACM, etc.) within the ServiceNow platform. Requirements Analysis: Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, including design specs, troubleshooting, deployment, and disaster recovery plans. Implementation & Delivery: Lead teams, guide developers and administrators, and ensure successful deployment and execution of ServiceNow solutions. Integration & Testing: Ensure seamless integration with other systems and conduct testing to meet performance standards. Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the technical design aligns with business needs. Required Skills: Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes (ITIL). Proven ability to design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules. Experience with integrations and data models, particularly for CMDB and SACM. Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
