Work closely with product owners and development teams to ensure clear understanding of goals and deliverables. Facilitate the removal of impediments and promote continuous improvement. Track project progress and manage timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure alignment with organizational goals by coordinating with stakeholders. Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management. Mentor and coach teams on Agile practices to enhance their efficiency and productivity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an Agile environment. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
