More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects 7 years of experience in utilizing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development, using modern OO programming languages (.NET C# preferably) for Web Services, Database, or web application development. 7 years of experience in developing and maintaining applications using distributed version control (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube) including experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques. 5 years of experience developing with .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8. 7 years of experience developing web applications utilizing MVC Patterns. 5 years of experience developing web applications utilizing Angular. 5 years of experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDE's. 5 years of experience Performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using SQL Server. 5 years of experience Performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using Oracle. 3 years of Domain knowledge and experience in health and human services, especially in Integrated Eligibility System programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc. 4 years of experience with Web APIs and JSON. Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology. Responsibilities: Translation of the business requirement and use cases to develop enterprise applications and unit testing of same. Work with the technical leads and architects to transform the high- and low-level system design into technical components. Develop applications based on technical requirements, design & architecture principles & standards. Build reusable code and libraries for platform & shared services. Produce work products and applications that reflect and ensure system design and delivery are in line with business needs and project plan.
