Experience with ITIL Service Management (incident, problem, and change management). Proficiency in managing OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters (3.x and 4.x), Terraform. Experience with containers and orchestrations (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, Red Hat OpenShift, RHACM). Strong knowledge of automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef). Experience with CI/CD tooling, Helm charts, and managing deployments and rollbacks. Good knowledge of Linux and scripting. Experience with OpenShift performance tuning, capacity, and availability management. Azure Cloud experience is an added advantage. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts in a 24x7 environment. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with migration and transition of Red Hat OpenShift infrastructure. Skills in setting up and managing Docker private repositories and creating custom Docker images. Knowledge of OCP project onboarding, authentication, role bindings, and certificate installation.
