Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach. Job Duties: Lead the development and refactoring of Ruby and Node.js applications, ensuring high scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-quality software solutions. Refactor and optimize legacy codebases to improve performance and simplify architecture. Integrate third-party APIs and services into applications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and foster a team-oriented environment. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Node.js development.
