Logility Functional Architect Assess Business and site/country specific needs against process enablement roadmaps and recommend best course of action. Participate / Lead varying size projects using cross team resources as assigned. Deliver effective and robust advanced Demand and Supply planning management system solutions that meet the business requirements/objectives via configuration and/or the generation of functional specifications for technical development. Assist the facilitation and development of advanced Demand and Supply planning management system knowledge as appropriate to the other IT and business team members Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts/analysts. SUMMARY: The Senior IT Demand and Supply Analyst is responsible for ensuring the daily operation, and continued development of the Logility Demand and Supply planning management system. The role acts as the primary link between the business requirements, and the underlying capability of the Logility System, ensuring that the solutions that are delivered are robust, efficient and deliver the maximum possible value to the business. This may require conducting the analysis of existing business processes, the identification and evaluation of possible business and technical solutions in response to both business issues and improvement opportunities, the design of future processes, the recommendation of options that best fit the business need within the strategic roadmap, and the integration of Logility with ERP systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: In conjunction with Business Representatives identify and drive process improvement opportunities, provide recommendations and generate business requirements to meet key business objectives, and provide value within the business. Ensure the use of best demonstrated practices for application and Business Process Integration into the advanced Demand and Supply planning management system solution design, configuration, integration, programming, data, testing and change control. Ensure compliance with all appropriate quality assurance processes. Assist the facilitation and development of advanced Demand and Supply planning management system knowledge as appropriate to the other IT and business team members. Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts/analysts. Ensure that SLAs are adhered to. Provide input into strategic direction around the Global design and implementation of the Logility Demand and Supply system. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Deep functional and technical knowledge of Logility and Logility s suite of modules. 8-10 years of experience in multiple implementations/ support of Logility Solutions. Demonstrated ability in independently understanding business problems, designing functional and technical solution, configure Logility applications. Skill Mandatory Proficiency Level (1-5) Ensure day to day operation of the support and ongoing operation of the Logility system including managing vendor relationships of relevant application support service providers.
