Job Title : Business Analyst Location : Remote(EST) Duration : Long term Contract Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand and document requirements. Analyze business requirements and data sources to design and develop data solutions. Work closely with data engineers and technology stakeholders to ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness. Create and maintain workflows. Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback sessions. Perform data analysis and data mining to generate insights and recommendations. Lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Develop and present comprehensive business solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards. Required Skills and Experience: Strong soft skills, including effective communication, active listening, and empathy. Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems with a solution-oriented mindset. Confidence in leading conversations and asking questions to gather necessary information. Proven experience in the asset management industry. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM tools. Ability to design and document process flows. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software. BA with CRM tool experience, if on Microsoft Dynamics great.
