Must Be Platform Developer 2. Role- Salesforce Developer Location- Indianapolis, IN, hybrid, onsite (3-days each week onsite) Duration- 12 months will extend Visa- No H1B, OPT, CPT Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Familiarity with Salesforce declarative features like workflows, validation rules, and process builders. Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft). Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and data models. Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX). Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Platform Developer I or II. Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator. Salesforce App Builder. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
