MUST HAVE: HCM Business Analyst Position Summary: Business Analyst Time, Payroll, and HCM Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in timekeeping systems, payroll processing, and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical liaison between stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are captured, documented, and translated into effective system solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of HCM platforms, payroll compliance, and time management processes to drive efficient operations and enhance organizational productivity. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific expertise in timekeeping systems, payroll processing, and HCM platforms. Familiarity with leading HCM solutions such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, or Oracle HCM. In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, time and attendance policies, and HR compliance standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including creating use cases, workflows, and process diagrams. Hands-on experience with system testing, including UAT, regression testing, and performance testing. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP or PMI-PBA). Experience with data migration, system implementation, or upgrades in an HCM/payroll environment.
