The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical expertise, financial acumen, and strong communication skills. 2-5 years of experience working with OFSAA. Strong knowledge of the OFSAA suite of products. Proficiency in XML and Oracle. Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles. Expertise in Oracle technical skills, including designing, developing, debugging, and documentation. Ability to translate detailed business requirements into design specifications. Capability to build and unit test according to detailed design specifications. Experience in designing and developing application configurations using PL/SQL and Erwin Data Modeling. Experience supporting Services Data Foundation (FSDF), Data Governance Studio (DGS), or Data Integration Hub (DIH). Experience in product support and on-call rotation. Responsibilities Prepare and analyze required banking regulatory reports, including supporting schedules for 2052A, FR-Y14A, DFAST-14A, and other reports as needed, ensuring compliance with regulatory instructions. Utilize analytical platforms such as OFSAA Regulatory Reporting or other risk solutions, BI tools like Tableau, and database analytic tools. Work with Adenza (formerly AxiomSL). Understand regulatory rules, including LCR, NSFR, and Enhanced Prudential Standards/Reg YY. Experience with database structures, data management, and visualization applications (e.g., Power BI) and SQL is a plus.
