Your insights will not only influence safety procedures but also fuel creative solutions to maintain a balance between safety and free speech. Key Responsibilities: Metric Development: Create and refine metrics that provide deep insights into the effectiveness of safety operations. Data Management: Build and sustain comprehensive datasets, dashboards, and reporting services, ensuring they serve as the definitive source for performance data. Behavioural Analysis: Develop analytical tools to understand user behaviour, identifying areas for improvement and innovation in moderation practices. A/B Testing and Analysis: Provide analytical support for A/B testing to facilitate data-driven decision-making and process enhancements. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and operations managers to provide robust data and analytical support for product development. Qualifications: Demonstrated mastery of SQL and data processing tools such as Spark. More than 8+ years of industry experience with large-scale datasets and business metrics analytics, with positions available at DA II and above. Proven ability to work cross-functionally, iterating on requirements to fulfill customer data requirements. Proficiency with dashboarding tools like Tableau and capabilities in workflow automation.
