The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with OpenShift, Red Hat, Azure, and container technologies like Kubernetes and Docker, with a strong focus on automation, security, and cloud infrastructure.Key Responsibilities: Design and execute transformation initiatives for OpenShift adoption aligned with enterprise architecture and security frameworks. Develop cloud-based procedures, ensure compliance, and monitor OpenShift environments for optimal performance. Automate infrastructure deployment using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar. Collaborate with teams to resolve complex technical issues and define best practices for engineering and large-scale solutions. Lead architectural discussions and act as an SME for high-visibility cloud initiatives. Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices with tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Tekton, and ArgoCD. Utilize monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and AppD for observability and risk mitigation. Maintain documentation and train team members on OpenShift best practices.Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenShift and container orchestration. Proven expertise in building and automating infrastructure using Python, Bash, and scripting tools. Strong experience with Linux operating systems and cloud platforms like Azure and hybrid setups. Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts. In-depth understanding of networking, security, and storage in containerized environments.Desired Qualifications: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280) or equivalent certification. Experience with service mesh, load balancers, and cloud security governance tools.
