In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS/Fusion OTC (Order to Cash) and QTC (Quote to Cash) processes. Ability to independently lead workshops and design sessions with stakeholders. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP functionality and its processes. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP and SCM integration touchpoints. Hands-on experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including creating technical designs, building, and unit testing for complex business requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment. Supporting Activities: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between CPQ, ERP, and SCM modules. Providing training and documentation to end-users for Oracle CPQ solutions. Assisting in issue resolution and root cause analysis during and after project go-live. Supporting testing phases, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements. Participating in post-implementation support activities, such as system enhancements and optimization. Keeping up to date with Oracle CPQ updates, features, and best practices to provide value-added solutions.
