This position requires experience in quality assurance and a understanding of testing methodologies. The Quality Assurance Analyst will play an important role in maintaining and improving software quality throughout the development lifecycle. Develops and maintains positive relationships with co-workers and other organizational stakeholders Contributes to creating a learning environment that values, empowers, enriches and supports employees Contributes to the culture by supporting and contributing to process and quality improvement Demonstrates a commitment to and complies with the organizations policies and procedures Responsibilities: Test Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications. Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project documentation. Test Execution: Perform functional, regression and smoke testing to identify software defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools. Automation Testing: Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency. Identify opportunities for test automation and implement automation strategies. Defect Management: Document and track defects, providing detailed information to development teams for resolution. Work closely with developers to ensure timely and effective defect resolution. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with developers, managers and business stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements. Communicate test progress, resutls, and other releveant information to project stakeholders. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred. Experience: Proven experience as a Sofware Quality Assurance Analyst or in a similar role. Test Automation experience desired. Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes Familiarity with Test Automation frameworks a plus Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Perform other related duties as assigned.
