This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex programs independently or alongside other PMs.Key Responsibilities Deliver all relevant SDLC artifacts for the project as per discussions with the Apple manager. Oversee software development, documentation, and testing processes while coordinating reviews with IS&T internal groups. Develop and manage project plans, risk registers, and program strategies effectively.Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience with expertise in Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience in contact center environments (Genesys solutions experience is a bonus). Proven track record of managing large-scale programs with multiple individual projects run by other PMs.Core Skills and Attributes Strong leadership and decision-making abilities to influence program outcomes. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. Proactive, hardworking, and a self-learner who can adapt to challenges quickly.
