The targeted start date is March 24th, 2025. Description: COUNTY ENTERPRISE SAP SYSTEM The Clark County Enterprise SAP System is composed of both SAP Financials (FI) and SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, currently operating under Business Suite on HANA, Enterprise Core Component (ECC) 6.0, EP8. The Financials modules include FM, FI, GM, GL, CO, AP, AR, IM, WO/MAM, Purchasing, Project Systems, and Asset Management. The HCM modules include OM, PA, Benefits, Time, Payroll, Success Factors, ESS, MSS and EH&S. The Time module is integrated with Kronos. The SAP System also includes CRM, BW 4/HANA, BO, PI, Portal/Fiori Gateway, GRC, and Solution Manager. The Clark County Enterprise SAP System provides services to multiple agencies that have approximately 17,000 employees. This RFR references four distinct technical support products: (1) SAP Business Warehouse on HANA (BW) (2) SAP BW/4HANA (3) SAP BusinessObjects 4.x (BI) and (4) SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Your company does not have to provide technical support for all four areas. You may respond to just one or any combination of technical support areas. Additionally, it is perfectly acceptable to not respond to this RFR if your company does not have the technical areas of expertise. SCOPE OF WORK: Clark County is seeking to augment SAP Support Center with SAP consulting services to enhance the Countys abilities to address user/systems issues in the area of SAP BW on HANA, BW/4HANA, BusinessObjects 4.x, deployment and support of SAP Analytics Cloud. Example of duties include: Work with County Department users to develop SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions blending SAP and non-SAP data. Assist in Clark Countys move to BW/4HANA from BW 7.5 on HANA landscape. Design and build HANA calculation views and ABAP CDS views to be consumed in SAC live connections and BW reporting solutions. Educate and train Clark County BW personnel on development and support activities pertaining to SAP BW on HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, BusinessObjects (BI), and SAC systems. Configure SAP ODP extract technology to move data from SAP Business Suite (ECC) to SAP BW/4HANA. Configure SAP Smart Data Access (SDA) / Smart Data Quality (SDQ) Data Provisioning to assist with full data loads. Develop custom end-to-end solutions using Business Explorer (BEx)/BW queries, and Analysis for Office. Support BusinessObjects 4.x platform as needed PROVIDER will augment the OWNERs support teams as needed and/or on demand with consultant support that uses OWNER established protocols and procedures, agreed upon time frames for completion, and agreed upon design. Potential Hours of Performance: Up to 200 hours over the next 12 months with options to renew for incremental hours as needed. Hours will be performed either on-site of OWNER or remotely or a mixture thereof. Work will be performed remotely during normal work hours unless pre-approved for on-site work. ERP hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (PST) at 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada. The ideal candidate(s) would have the following Knowledge, Skills, Ability and Experience: At least 3 SAP Business Warehouse full lifecycle implementations 8 to 10 years of SAP Business Warehouse experience on HANA, Analysis for Office, and SAP Analytics Cloud experience preferred. SAP HANA studio experience with various perspectives (ABAP, BW, HANA) At least 4 years of experience supporting SAP BusinessObjects platform. Strong data modeling skills Strong ABAP programming skills including Object Oriented ABAP Clark County SAP Business Warehouse experience a plus Public sector experience Ability to work with limited direction. Strong teamwork and customer support focus Strong interpersonal skills Ability to handle numerous conflicting priorities in a professional manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bringing best practice approaches for the customer to consider in a variety of areas including transport, testing, design, prototyping, training, defining support requirements and procedures, etc. Experience with writing related customer documentation to be used for future reference. Ability to cross train and transfer knowledge to OWNER support teams. Ability to effectively collaborate and engage with all team members. Speak and write in English well.
