PURPOSE: We are looking for an energetic team member to drive the key coordination processes for strategic alignment, partnership/alliance, and integration efforts. As a growing leader in the travel industry, Hyatt continues to build out its global presence through relationships with other companies around the world. In recent months, the company has launched complex new initiatives and built out a small function to manage Hyatts interests in these partnerships, relationships, and (where applicable) acquisitions. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The Project Management Coordinator manages the teams time, resources, and information flows across a portfolio of 2-4 initiatives and standing responsibilities of the teams executive sponsors. The Coordinator works with leaders across Hyatt, Hyatts partners, and third parties to prioritize efforts and the time and interactions necessary for these teams. The Coordinator will have particular skill in managing the global logistics associated with intercontinental travel, meetings with 2 to 20+ colleagues, and the assembly of shared files, documents, and updates related to these efforts.
