Interview rounds: Usually two rounds This consultant will provide end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics solutions in the Epic Cogito Clarity Custody Health space, especially on Ambulatory, Inpatient, Regulatory / State required fillings, Quality and related metrics. The role requires consultant-level communication skills, the ability to coalesce related requests and offer solutions that satisfy multiple requirements, and Software Development Life Cycle discipline: gathering & documenting and confirming requirements gathering, designing solution, obtaining SME signoff, coding, testing/validation, UAT, & documentation. Required Skills & Abilities : Minimum 3 years of Epic Clarity Data Model (EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient (IP)) analytics development. 5+ years of SQL query and stored procedure development experience. Working knowledge of Epic tools such as Slicer Dicer, Cogito SQL, Radar Strong ability to work directly with operational clinical leaders, project office, clinic staff and other stakeholders Strong ability to work collaboratively with Epic, and County Epic application builders to capture official workflow documentation efficiently and accurately Strong communication skills to document and communicate with analytics and other TSS management on status, risks and issues Ability to transition work, train, and provide mentorship to junior developers on best practices, perform SQL code reviews, and peer reviews of deliverables. Ability to follow Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle standards for Unit Test, Peer Test/Review, SME Validation and production migration and publishing.
