Partner with internal and external teams to understand customer needs and align product development with strategic goals. Collaborate with business and product management teams to maintain a product backlog that prioritizes business value and ROI. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in agile project management. Key Duties: Design and refine software and business processes, including process modeling and grooming user stories, for platforms such as Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes. Break down business requirements into features and user stories within Jira Align, and manage technical details in Jira. Work closely with offshore and onshore DevOps teams to fine-tune user stories and review test cases with SDETs and the manual testing team. Engage with enterprise-wide teams to analyze current customer experiences, pinpoint areas for improvement, and drive product vision and strategy. Develop integration scripts and procedures using EAI tools and manage integration with backend systems. Identify and resolve impediments impacting the Kubernetes platform, such as migrations from Gen 3 to Gen 4 and component upgrades.
