Job Title: Oracle Cloud Solution Architect Record to Report (Functional) Location: Remote Visa: Any Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Record to Report (R2R) functional processes. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Cloud solutions to streamline and enhance financial operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP modules, particularly those related to financial and reporting processes, and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, focusing on Record to Report (R2R) processes. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions. Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Financial Reporting, and Subledger Accounting (SLA). Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards. Drive process improvements by identifying gaps and implementing best practices within Oracle Cloud ERP. Develop functional specifications for system configurations, integrations, and customizations. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to guide stakeholders on Oracle Cloud functionality and capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle Cloud ERP modules during implementation and post-go-live support. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems. Required Skills and Experience: Extensive experience as a Solution Architect specializing in Oracle Cloud ERP, with a focus on R2R processes. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials modules, including GL, FA, SLA, and Financial Reporting. Proven track record of delivering Oracle Cloud ERP implementations in a leadership or functional architect capacity. Strong understanding of end-to-end R2R processes, financial consolidation, and reporting requirements. Ability to design solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. Experience in collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver successful projects. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Cloud ERP Certification in Financials. Experience in handling large-scale ERP transformation projects. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to financial systems.
