This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and data governance professionals to ensure the successful implementation, integration, and maintenance of Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze MDM requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications for Informatica MDM solutions. Solution Design: Design functional workflows and data models for master data entities (customers, products, vendors, etc.). Provide recommendations for MDM architecture, hierarchy management, and data governance best practices. Implementation Support: Work with technical teams to oversee the implementation of Informatica MDM solutions. Ensure the alignment of MDM solutions with business objectives. Data Quality and Governance: Define and implement data quality rules, workflows, and stewardship processes. Support data profiling, cleansing, and standardization activities. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business users and the technical team to ensure project goals are met. Provide training and support to end-users on MDM functionalities and workflows. Testing and Validation: Perform functional testing and validate the implemented solutions against business requirements. Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase.Qualifications and Experience: 5+ years of experience working with Informatica MDM as a functional consultant. Strong knowledge of MDM architecture, hierarchy management, and data governance principles. Proven expertise in requirement gathering, functional design, and solution delivery. Experience with data quality tools and workflows. Familiarity with integrating MDM solutions into broader enterprise systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills: Experience with Informatica MDM configurations and customizations. Knowledge of related tools like Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and ETL processes. Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Additional Information: This is a fully remote role with flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
