As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. What will you do Lead Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Guide teams in effectively breaking down work into deliverable increments. Act as a servant-leader, helping teams self-organize and maximize their efficiency. Assist the Product Owner in backlog grooming and prioritization to ensure clear and actionable user stories. Act as a bridge between the team and stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment. Support cross-team coordination in scaled Agile environments. Encourage a culture of learning through retrospectives and actionable improvements. Track and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to support decision-making. What are we looking for 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams in software development or IT. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Kanban). Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing team dynamics. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
