Plans and develops full-scale project plans, schedules and milestones using appropriate tools; Establishes and implements program and project communication plans and deliverables; Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical paths. Establishes, manages, and effectively communicates project expectations with team members and other stakeholders in a timely, intuitive manner; Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifying risks and devising. mitigation and contingency plans; Delegates tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel; Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team; Leads, coaches, and motivates project team members and contracted personnel, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work; Tracks, validates and reports status of project milestones and deliverables to project, business, and senior-leadership stakeholders Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or related technical field and one (1) year minimum of relevant experience General Experience : Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Project Management or a related field 6 years experience managing all phases of large complex IT projects including design, budgets, risk assessment and mitigation PMI Project Management Professional (PMP or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification Specialized Experience : Develop concrete, detailed plans for a project, including the schedule, the budget, and outlining the duties of each team member. Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated. Collaborate with various teams and conduct meetings to develop project plans. Experience identifying project goals and setting a timeline for the project. Ability to manage diverse project teams to ensure successful task completion. Responsible for gathering and documenting all project artifacts. Prepare and present to large groups and senior management.
