EMC & Wireless Compliance Engineer (Medical Devices) 6+ months Hybrid - Lake Forest, CA only USC/GC Key Qualifications We're Looking For: EMC & Wireless Testing: Experience in performing EMC and Wireless test assessments throughout the product lifecycle. Medical Device Compliance: Proven skills in EMI/EMC testing and troubleshooting of medical device products. Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with IEC 60601-1-2, IEC 60601-4-2, QSR, and ISO 13485 standards. Experience: BS + 4 years in medical device product safety compliance or equivalent experience in accredited test labs (Element, UL, CSA, Intertek). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Core Responsibilities of the Role: Conduct EMC and Wireless test assessments from early development stages. Develop and research EMC & Wireless requirements for global market access. Support product development at both PCB and system levels. Perform EMI/EMC testing and troubleshooting in internal and external labs. Communicate effectively with labs, technicians, and engineers to achieve optimal results. Ensure compliance through thorough V&V testing and detailed documentation.
