CST is the preference, EST would be acceptable, has used Ariba procurement software 4-6 years of experience Someone that has gone through 1 implementation of Ariba Understand the world of procurement and the technical aspects of the system Someone has prior procurement background They need to perform the day to day functions and as well have a help management function as well and train users how to do something, answering basic question or process related or acting with a user or the internal procurement team, someone that would be a subject matter expert, SAP ECC backend ERP system and ariba sits on top of that and PO are crated in ARIBA and then they are pushed through ECC and SAP MDG supplier management system about the team: 5 people on the team that support the globe and there are various functions that they support in and out of Ariba JOB SUMMARY: Seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator who will manage and optimize our SAP Ariba procurement system. This role will have a deep understanding of procurement processes and hands-on experience with Ariba solutions to support our company's procurement activities while maintaining compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Procurement Administration: Configure Ariba procurement modules to align with business requirements and ensure accurate setup of procurement processes. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards and promote best practices in procurement processes. Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into procurement performance and system usage. Training and Support: Provide user training on Ariba functionalities and procurement best practices. Action level 1 support tickets to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues. Create process documentation as required. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement best practices. EXPERIENCE , SKILLS & MINDSET: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Ariba procurement system administration, configuration and support. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba Procurement, Guided Buying, Catalog management and Business Network functions. Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 ERP and SAP MDG is preferred but not required. Foundational knowledge of Procurement and Supplier Management processes. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and reporting. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, work independently and as part of a team. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Prior experience working in Technology or Manufacturing industry. Ariba Procurement Certification is preferred but not required. EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Information Technology.
