This is called a Test Analyst, however the hiring manager re-iterated to us multiple times they do not want a straight QA tester. They want someone who has led the project before, essentially more like a team lead or test lead. Please dont send testers, they will not be a fit. They must have SAP experience + have worked in a regulated environment such as medical devices or pharma, etc. Contract Length: 1 year contract (possible extension) Remote or On-site: EST or Central time zone no pacific time zone Citizenship: Must be able to convert without sponsorship They will not being the Testing themselves but will be managing overall testing process, overseeing defect resolution, and ensuring that testing efforts align with the projects goals - She does not want to see TESTER's (IBM will be doing the testing, they will be responsible for oversight and coordination, making sure everything is on track) Experience with SAP Solution Manager : Familiarity with SAP's Test Management tools and how they support test case management, defect tracking, and testing progress monitoring. SAP Modules Knowledge : An understanding of the SAP modules being implemented (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP FI) and how they interconnect within the system. Test Management and QA : Strong background in Quality Assurance with the ability to guide the testing process, monitor progress Regulated Environment Experience: Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharma) and understanding their strict quality and compliance requirements. Communication and Coordination : Strong communication skills to coordinate between different teams, manage testing schedules, and report on testing status.
