Strong understanding of APM tools and their use in identifying and resolving issues. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and monitoring in shared infrastructure contexts. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and awesome communication skills. Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana. Prior exposure to performance engineering or similar roles. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage APM tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog, or AppDynamics to monitor application performance. Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to diagnose performance issues and recommend solutions. Develop strategies for monitoring applications on shared or cloud-hosted infrastructures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Vendors to resolve performance bottlenecks and improve application reliability. Provide insights and recommendations for proactive performance tuning. Conduct POC and select Monitoring tool for the environment.
