Expert in object-oriented programming. Experience in building Web services and consuming web services in cache. Working knowledge of Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates, Java key stores, and encryption. Working knowledge of message/file transfer protocols: Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), File Transfer Protocol (FTP), Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), Pretty Good Privacy (PGP), (Public key/Private key). Working knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance regulations, like the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA), relevant to data management and privacy.
