Job Title: Oracle OPM Techno-functional Consultant Location: Marlborough, MA (Onsite) Type: Contract Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Process Manufacturing applications to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business processes and align them with Oracle OPM functionalities. Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and system configurations. Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure the applications meet business needs. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OPM-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance. Train users and provide documentation for the Oracle OPM system functionalities and enhancements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to process manufacturing and Oracle applications. Essential Skills: In-depth knowledge of Oracle OPM functionality, including recipe management, manufacturing execution, and inventory control. Proficiency in Oracle EBS R12 and any cloud-based Oracle ERP systems. Technical expertise in Oracle configurations, customization, and integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with business stakeholders. Desirable Skills: Previous experience in a consulting role with emphasis on manufacturing organizations. Familiarity with additional Oracle modules, such as Inventory, Purchasing, and Quality Management. Understanding of regulatory requirements in process manufacturing, such as FDA and GMP compliance.
