The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering Oracle Cloud solutions, excelling in client relationship management, and contributing to account growth. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Cloud applications, while ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expanding service offerings. Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design and Delivery: o Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions focusing on Procurement, Inventory, and Costing modules. o Lead workshops and gather business requirements to map them to Oracle Cloud capabilities. o Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with client business goals. 2. Implementation & Support: o Oversee implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment. o Provide post-implementation support and resolve complex issues to maintain system integrity. 3. Client Management: o Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor. o Conduct regular reviews to assess satisfaction and ensure alignment with business objectives. 4. Account Growth: o Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional Oracle Cloud modules or services. o Collaborate with sales teams to pitch solutions that add value to the clients operations. o Prepare compelling business cases and presentations to showcase ROI of proposed solutions. 5. Team Collaboration: o Work closely with technical teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. o Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing within the team. 6. Stay Updated: o Keep abreast of Oracle Cloud updates, industry trends, and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions. Qualifications o 15+ years in Oracle ERP solutions with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud (Procurement, Inventory, and Costing). o Proven expertise in delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations. o Strong understanding of supply chain processes and integrations. Skills: o Excellent o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. o Exceptional communication and presentation skills. o Ability to drive account growth through consultative selling and value addition. Certifications: o Oracle Cloud certification in Procurement, Inventory, or Costing is highly desirable.
