About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our team and lead the design and delivery of robust enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in architectural designs and patterns, with a proven ability to develop scalable, high-performing solutions that align with business objectives. This role demands strong technical leadership, including comprehensive understanding of APIs, Java, Kafka, DynamoDB, and OpenSearch, coupled with domain expertise to ensure alignment with enterprise goals and product strategies. Key Responsibilities Architectural Leadership: Develop and implement architectural solutions for enterprise-grade systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business needs. Enterprise Integration: Design and implement integration services using cutting-edge tools and frameworks. API Design and Management: Lead the creation and optimization of APIs for seamless system interconnectivity. Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on expertise in Java development, streaming platforms like Kafka, GRAPHQL and database solutions such as DynamoDB and OpenSearch. Domain Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of the domain, associated data, and products/services to provide strategic technical insights. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and engineers in best practices for architectural design and implementation. Key Outcomes Delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable architectural solutions. Alignment of technical solutions with business needs. Enhanced collaboration across teams and improved technical competency in the organization. Qualifications Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: Minimum [X years] of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role in enterprise environments. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in APIs, Java, GRAPHQL and distributed systems. o Hands-on experience with Kafka for event streaming. o Expertise in database technologies like DynamoDB and search platforms such as OpenSearch. o Strong grasp of architectural patterns and modern software design principles. Domain Expertise: Demonstrated ability to understand and work effectively within specific domains, leveraging data to drive decisions. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Experience in financial domain is a plus.
