Quarterly/Strategic Planning: Analyzing EPIC requirements, risks, and dependencies. Supporting estimation (LOE) and solution discussions. Key Tools/Technologies: Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Slack). Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
