From: Yogesh Chauhan, Sibitalent [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title:- SAP PP Consultant Visa :: USC/GC Location :: 1 Medline Pl, Mundelein, IL 60060 (Onsite) Duration :: 12 months Experience :: 10+ years Note Strong background in SAP PP configuration Need Screening timings for today and tomorrow Position Overview: The SAP PP Consultant will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the SAP Production Planning (PP) module in alignment with Medlines manufacturing and operational goals. This role involves configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP PP processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP PP configuration and possess the skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system effectiveness and integration with other SAP modules. Key Responsibilities: Configure and implement SAP PP module solutions to support production planning, demand management, capacity planning, and manufacturing execution. Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective SAP PP configurations and solutions. Lead or participate in full life cycle SAP PP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects. Collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams to understand and align SAP PP functionality with Medlines business processes. Conduct gap analysis, system testing, and validation to ensure accurate system functionality. Develop detailed functional specifications for any system enhancements or customizations, working closely with technical teams. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP PP-related issues, resolving production support incidents. Document processes, configurations, and system changes to maintain updated records for system improvements and compliance requirements. Train end-users and provide ongoing support to enhance their understanding and usage of SAP PP functionalities. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) configuration, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Proven experience in SAP PP full life cycle implementations and post-implementation support. Strong knowledge of production planning, demand management, material requirements planning (MRP), capacity planning, and shop floor control. Familiarity with integration points with SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and QM (Quality Management). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification in Production Planning (PP). Experience in the medical supplies or healthcare industry. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps for production planning. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies. Experience with SAP MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and integrations with production equipment.
