Location: REMOTE-US(35 hours/week) Resource Must provide Three (3) Professional References ; Work Authorization & Valid Photo ID ( No exceptions on this) US Citizens/Green Cards only Specific Responsibilities: Review and analyses current feature sets with team to identify development strategy Work with team lead to prioritize work Participate in system analysis, system design and requirements sessions as needed Provide solutions through development to application functionality with various tools Provide support and maintenance in troubleshooting and fixing bugs Work with business users and key stakeholders to develop functionality based on requirements and design Gather best practices and guidance from the business team in an effort to integrate and improve methodologies and user experience. Discover what users need by conducting user research and unveiling critical insights. Deliver operational support and features as requested, and conduct testing to ensure optimal performance of said features Participate in daily, weekly and on demand meetings as needs arise MUST HAVE : Must have at least 9+ years of hands-on development experience in Mainframe, ADABAS/NATURAL, JCL, TSO and Utilities Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, Team Player, and Dynamic Thinker Detailed technical understanding of data and technical database design Develop Ad-hoc reports, extracts and processes using ADABAS/NATURAL and JCL Proven at least 6 years technical experience in Mainframe applications customization and support. Full software lifecycle experience from requirements thru implementation and production support Experience developing functional and technical design documents from business requirements Provide Resumes of IT professional/s that will provide the Services. Experience in system and data mapping and conversion preferred Experience with COBOL, SAS, REXX, CRM, .NET may be helpful Strong written and spoken communication skills.
