This role focuses on expanding the CareConnect Integration Platform and enhancing healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7v2 and FHIR, to deliver innovative solutions to clients. Requirements: Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle for complex projects. Design, develop, and deliver robust software solutions independently or collaboratively. Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and implement integration solutions. Build and enhance systems to support HL7v2, FHIR, and other healthcare standards. Drive Agile development processes and foster structured project delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with the broader development team. Lead onsite and offshore delivery teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Establish metrics-driven goals and communicate status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Support on-call schedules as required to maintain seamless operations. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software development. Proficiency in Java (Kotlin is a plus). Expertise in service development and integration platforms. Deep understanding of healthcare integration standards, including HL7v2 and FHIR. Proven ability to estimate, deliver high-quality software on time, and communicate effectively. Strong organizational and planning skills to meet goals and objectives. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud migrations. Background in the health and human services or post-acute care sectors.
